シャイングアークスサポーターの皆さま、2014-2015シーズンにおきましては多大なるご支援とご声援を賜り誠にありがとうございました。
今シーズン、シャイニングアークスは、アイルランドからロブ・ペニー新ヘッドコーチを迎え、新しいチームスタイルの確立等を試行錯誤しながら、まずは1stステージ上位グループ進出を目標に掲げスタート致しました。
若手の躍進、初の日本代表選手の輩出など明るいニュースも多く、まさにチーム改革元年となりました。
結果は、2ndステージで白星はなかったものの当初の目標を達成し、過去最高戦績の8位となり今後の飛躍に大きな期待を寄せることができるチームへと生まれ変わりました。
どの会場でも他チームを圧倒するサポーターの皆さまのご声援の賜物だと思います。
来季も更なる上位進出を目指し、皆さまに感動と興奮を与えられるような試合を一つでも多くお見せできるよう、選手スタッフ一丸となって戦ってまいります。

Dear Shiningarcs fans.
On reflection after my first season as head coach of NTT Shiningarcs I am filled with many emotions and thoughts.
Firstly I feel very fortunate to be working with the quality of staff and players at NTT, they are all people of hi integrity and strong work ethics which is a great base from which to build.
I am humbled by the passionate and loyal supporters who traveled and chanted their way round Japan to support us, you are outstanding and we really appreciate your support throughout the season...thank you.
Along with the rest of the management and coaching team, I am proud to be part of the first NTT Shiningarcs team to win their first top league game of the season. I am proud to be a part of the first NTT Shiningarcs team to make the top 8.
I am sad for the players and supporters that we were not able to be better in the 2nd stage, there are many reasons for this which I won't go into here, but it is fair to say there has been a degree of frustration at times that we have not managed to achieve what this team is capable of. There are small margins between success and failure at this level, and the experience will be invaluable for this group in the future.
But my overwhelming emotions are optimism and excitement for what lies ahead. It is an exciting time to be a NTT Shiningarcs member or supporter. The quality of some of our members, their growth and development is very pleasing. The future does look bright and with continued hard work and commitment to the team and its goals, we should establish ourselves as a top 8 team with the ability to challenge the top for in the next few years.
On behalf of all of us at NTT Shiningarcs I would like to wish you all a happy and safe off season and please feel assured that your team is already preparing itself for a great 2015/16 season.

シャイニングアークスのヘッドコーチに就任し、初めてのシーズンを通じて多くの感情と思いで満たされています。第一に、私はこのチームの優秀なスタッフや選手と仕事が出来たことを非常に幸運だと感じています。皆、とても誠実で意識が高く、ここから積み立てて行く為の大きな土台があります。
日本全国から足を運んで下さった情熱的で忠誠心の溢れたサポーターの皆さま、シーズンを通してのご声援に感謝申し上げます。Thank you.
今シーズン、チームとして初めてトップリーグ初戦を白星で飾れたこと、そして初めてトップ8を達成できたことを、スタッフ・コーチ陣の一人として誇りに思います。
一方でセカンドステージは、より良い結果が残せなかったことを残念に思います。ここでは語りきれない色々な原因がありますが、このチームが持っている能力を充分に発揮することが出来なかったのは、望んでいたものとは違うものでした。このレベルの戦いでの成功と不成功には僅かな差しかなく、そしてこの経験は今後に繋がる計り知れない程の貴重な物となります。
しかしながら、私はこれから待ち受ける挑戦に前向きで楽しみな気持ちで一杯です。シャイニングアークスのメンバーにとってもサポーターにとっても、来シーズンは更にエキサイティングなシーズンになると思っています。また、何人かの選手が飛躍的な成長を遂げてくれたことにも、とても満足しています。未来は明るく、ハードワークとチームの目標へ向かってのコミットメントを通じ、トップ8の地位を確立し、数年以内にはトップ4に挑戦できる力を身に付けることが出来るでしょう。
シャイニングアークス一同を代表いたしまして、皆さまがオフシーズンを安全で幸福に過ごされることを願っています。2015-2016シーズンに向かい、充分な準備を持って挑みますのでご安心下さい。

日頃より、シャイニングアークスへの多大なるご声援ありがとうございます。
先日のワイルドカード1回戦において、今シーズン全日程を終了することとなりました。1年間のご声援とサポート本当にありがとうございました。
今シーズンは、チームの変革期と言えるシーズンとなりました。
戦術やスタイルの大きな改革があり、これまでとは違う新たなシャイニングアークスをお見せできたかと思います。
また、今シーズンはこれまで以上に高い壁へぶつかることができました。
ご声援をいただいた皆さまへは、苦い思いをさせてしまったかと思いますが、我々はその中で自分たちの成長を感じ、より一層の飛躍を確信することができましたのでご容赦していただければと思います。
来季は更に、皆さまのご期待に添えられよう精進して参りますので今後も引き続き暖かいサポートをお願いいたします。
