    Is there any character limit to this service like SMS?

    A

    The SMS's universal specification contains a character limit of 160 for single-byte characters and 70 for double-byte characters (depending on the models). If a message exceeding the character limit is sent in this service, the message is divided before being sent. Divided data are received in multiple SMS messages or after being re-combined depending on the handset model of each recipient. You can send an email of up to 50 MB depending on the capacity of the recipient's server.

    Is the server secured and reliable?

    All security check items were passed in a server vulnerability test conducted by DOCOMO.
    In addition, redundancy of the server, application, and database is ensured to enhance reliability.

    Can the system be operated in any country and by multiple administrators?

    A

    The system can be operated in any country where the Internet is available. Multiple administrators can also be set.

    Do administrators need to download any software?

    A

    This is a cloud service, so application download is not necessary.

    Administrators can edit destination data on the Web management screen. Data can be uploaded or downloaded in batches in CSV format.
