To make an international calls, please use either of the following method

1. dial the international prefix "010" followed by the country code and phone number, this will connect your call via your mobile or landline provider's international telephone service.
2. "00XX-010" followed by the country code and phone number (00XX being the international prefix of other international telephone providers of your choice)

■Universal Free Number (UIFN: Universal International Freephone Number)
With this service, it becomes possible to have one universal billing number (the last eight-digits*) that receives toll-free calls from several service areas overseas. (UIFN is not available for calls from the Czech, Chile, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates.) *This universal eight-digit number follows the access number from each nation and the 800 prefix.

■Time-restricted In-coming Call Service 
This service will limit incoming International Freedial calls to a specified time zone. (I. 8:00 - 23:00, II. 20:00 - 10:00, III. 23:00 - 8:00). Whenever a call is made outside the pre-selected time zone, a recorded message will notify the caller that the service is not available at the time.
