Last year we changed our name from "NTT Communications" to "NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS" in alignment with the NTT Group's new corporate identity. Concurrent with this change, we embarked on an exciting new stage of our journey.

Since our establishment, we have continuously risen to challenges, growing into a comprehensive global ICT solutions provider. Going forward, we are committed to enhancing and evolving our value-driven solutions. This will allow us to provide seamless, one-stop service to not only large enterprises, but also to regional and small-to-midsize businesses, continuing to meet their diverse needs.

In Japan, society faces numerous challenges, such as an aging population, a declining birthrate, and a widening prosperity gap between urban and rural areas. Technology holds the key to addressing these pressing issues. In particular, AI has become an essential tool, transforming what were once mere dreams or distant innovations into concrete and achievable realities.

We envision a future built upon a society that is autonomous, decentralized and collaborative, where diverse administrative functions are distributed nationwide, including across rural areas, yet work in harmony to address challenges and help create a rich and sustainable future.

This year, we will elevate our vision for our next-generation ICT architecture, the "AI-Centric ICT Platform," which will serve as the foundation for making this society a reality. By meeting critical enterprise demands, providing distributed, adaptable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions, we will harness the NTT Group's most advanced technologies, such as IOWN, to evolve our offerings in line with the progression of AI-driven innovation.

We aim to deliver industry-specific and regional digital transformation solutions built around the AI-Centric ICT Platform. By strengthening four key areas—AI, IoT, digital business process outsourcing, and regional/small business digital transformation—we will contribute to the realization of a prosperous and inclusive society.
