A seismic isolation structured building that minimizes the impact to the building and its facility as well as to the customer’s equipment in an event of large-scale earthquakes.

Building Foundation

Piles are driven 20m below to a foundation that is twice stronger* than the required ground strength level for high rise buildings.
*A stronger ground with more than N value of 60 with according to its Standard Penetration Test

Seismic Isolation Structure

4 types of high-spec seismic isolation devices are equipped in building’s foundation. This reduces up to 1/3* of the impact to prevent equipment to malfunction
