A. You can pay your bill automatically with your credit card or bank account (except some of plans).

Q. I have not received my bill yet. Why?

A. There are two reasons:

  1. In case your payment is less than ¥3,000 (incl. tax) on the even months, your bill is not issued this month but will be combined into next odiv month's bill. If you prefer to receive your bill monthly, please contact our Billing Customer Center below.
  2. In case you do not have any charges, your bill is not issued.

Q. How can I pay my bill after the due date?

A. You can pay your overdue bill at convenience stores (if you have a bill from NTT Finance, your bill is no longer accepted at convenient stores 60 days after the due date. Please pay it before that). Please note that we charge an additional late payment interest calculated at the annual rate of 14.5% on the amount due for the period between the day after the due date and the day before the payment is received.

Q. Why am I charged for ASDL or optical fiber by both NTT East/West and NTT Communications?

A. To access the Internet via ASDL or optical fiber, you need contracts of both broadband services and Internet access services.
Broadband services (Ex. "FLET'S ADSL", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT", "FLET'S HIKARI LIGHT", etc.) are provided by NTT East/West.
Internet access services (Ex. "OCN ADSL FLET'S", "OCN Hikari with FLET'S") are provided by NTT Communications.
You get charged for each by NTT East/West and NTT Communications.

Q. Why have I received a bill for two months ?

A.

  1. If your payment is less than ¥3,000 (incl. tax) on the even months, your bill is not issued this month but will be combined into next odiv month's bill.
  2. When your last month's payment is not confirmed, last month's unpaid bill and this month's bill will be issued.

Q. I have heard that OCN fees would be free during the promotion.
Why do I get charged?

A. The promotion is not applied to optional services (Ex. "Email Virus Check", "Spam Mail Block," etc.) and "OCN .Phone."

Q. I received a bill payment notice/receipt by mail.
What does *** on the receipt mean?

A. There are two reasons:

  1. The receipt shows your last month's payment. It happens when it is your first payment or your last month's payment could not be confirmed because of insufficient funds, etc.
  2. If your payment is less than ¥3,000 (incl. tax) on the even months, your bill is not issued this month but will be combined into next odd month's bill. If you prefer to receive your bill monthly, please call our Billing Customer Center at toll-free 0120-506-100.

Q. What is a " Pay On fee" ?

A. It is a fee for contents you purchased with your ID and password on OCN websites. To improve customer convinience, a payon fee is included in the same bill as other OCN services.

Q. I subscribe to "OCN Hikari with FLET'S". I have been receiving my bill from NTT Communications for OCN service charge and FLET'S Hikari service charge,
but I have not receive it anymore. Why?

A. If you

  1. subscribe to "Hikari Motto Wari", "Gutto Wari", or "Ninenwari (two-year discount)" of NTT East/West,
    or
  2. subscribe to "Ninenwari (two-year discount)" of NTT Communications,
    or
  3. has changed your address or name of contract with NTT East/West,

NTT Communications do not charge you anymore, but NTT Finance, a core company of NTT Group providing financial and settlement service, will be your single billing contact and issue your bills.

Q. I have been receiving my OCN bill from NTT Finance before, but I have got
a bill from NTT Communications. Why?

A. NTT Finance issues "OCN Hikari with FLET'S" bill including OCN service charge and FLET'S Hikari service charge.
If your payment is not confirmed after the due date, however, NTT Communications will send your bill directly.

Q. I subscribed to OCN services in the middle of the month.
Do I pay daily fees for this month?

A. Daily fees are not applicable for OCN services. The first month's monthly fee is free of charge, but when you disconnect the service, the last month's monthly fee will be fully charged.

Q. I'm going back to my homeland. How can I pay my bill after I leave Japan?
