NTT Com engineers took the initiative in planning an internal security policy for this customer who had frequent computer virus infections. The comprehensive security solutions cover both systems and human elements, such as the introduction of a solution that prohibits the use of the USB interface and provision of security training to the customer's employees.

Reducing costs and enhancing security by installing a secure Internet gateway
Allowing anyone in the company to freely access the Internet resulted in high costs for the usage-based Internet service. NTT Com provided the customer to install a firewall and proxy server that would restrict internet access, which has reduced internet service costs and enhanced security.
Company E :
An asset management service that makes it possible to manage overseas assets from Japan
With local IT engineer managing the network and system configurations, it was difficult to manage those assets in Vietnam from Japan. NTT Com installed an asset management program, which has made it possible to keep track of overseas assets from a desk in an office in Japan. We also provided consultation for defining possible security problems against which countermeasures have been taken.
