What is Arcstar Carrier Forum?

Arcstar Carrier Forum is an annual international conference aimed at strengthening the delivery and operation of NTT Com's Arcstar-brand global network services by partner telecoms around the world.
Since its launch in 2000, the forum has led to service-quality improvements and strengthened customer satisfaction, in part by setting related goals for each partner that provides the Arcstar network service.
