Taking Unified Communications to a New Service Level

The communication needs of multinational companies are evolving quickly. "Their competitive advantage is dependant on the ability to seamlessly collaborate to make decisions, resolve problems, control costs and accelerate time-to-market–regardless of the distance between participants." At the same time, they must deal with a rapidly growing footprint that requires the integration of different communications environments.
