NTT Communications Corporation, from September 17, will inaugurate its “Premierplan” service as a series of its Arcstar Voice Network services. The new service is designed to ensure comprehensive services for corporate users of NTT Communications’ Member’s Net and FreeDial services’ discount plans.
Outline
The “Premierplan” service consists of two different discount services in order to comply with relevant requirements from corporate customers. The customers are able to freely combine these services with other existing discount services, such as Member’s Net Super Discount and FreeDial Super Discount. The “Premierplan” features Distance-Based and Time-Zone-Based discount services for corporate customers of the Member’s Net service and/or the FreeDial service, and Contract-Term-Based service for those of either the Member’s Net service, the FreeDial service or the Arcstar Direct service.

Distance-Based and Time-Zone-Based Discount Service
By paying 40,000 yen per month, customers can enjoy further discount rates.

Customers can benefit from additional discount rates by concluding in advance an annual contract for call charges and terms.

*1 Contract amount refers to the annual charge that the customer promises to pay at the time of the contract. If the annual charge does not meet the contract amount, the customer will pay a designated amount which equals the discounted amount.
Note: Contract amount covers toll call charges from the Member’s Net and the Arcstar Direct services, as well as toll call charges to the FreeDial service. (Incoming calls from cellular and PHS phones are covered by only the Arcstar Direct service)
(By and large, corporate customers with phone bills exceeding approximately 10 million yen per year will benefit from these combined services.)

Units for discount rate calculation:
For use of the “Premierplan” service combined with the “Member’s Net Super Discount” and the “FreeDial Super Discount” services, discount rates are calculated based on a unit per service or integrated units of these services. When lines for these services are newly established for corporate customers, a new unit for discount calculation will be provided to them based on a group of lines under the name of the customers where the lines are established.
