NTT Communications Corporation will launch a new dialing system nationwide on September 21, 1999, which simplifies use of its Dengon Dial (Message Dial Service).
Previously, users had to press the # button to access NTT Communications Dengon Dial. From now, they will dial the prefix 0170 instead. As a result, the service will be accessible from both push-button and dial-up networks. Also, the service can be used as a communication tool within corporate groups.
Users will be charged 10 yen per minute plus a dialing charge to the Message Dial Center.
