TOKYO, JAPAN - NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) announced today that it will launch on November 1 the Global Workplace Security Training Service, a solution to educate overseas employees of multinational corporations to raise awareness of IT security requirements in the workplace.
Under the service, NTT Com plans and executes seminars, measures the results and advises multinationals on how to strengthen awareness of IT security among their employees.
The service initially will be offered in the People’s Republic of China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. Instruction can be provided in Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, English or Japanese.
NTT Com has been providing multinational companies with security services focused primarily on process and technology. The new Global Workplace Security Training Service will add the human element to this list, thereby enabling multinationals to strengthen the employee component of their global security systems. The service will also help companies overcome cultural and language barriers that could be obstacles to stronger internal awareness of IT security.
The fee starts from 500,000 yen per location, but may vary depending on class size, number of classes and course content.
