TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Com announced today it will launch a one-stop maintenance and troubleshooting service package on August 1 for corporate customers in Japan, offering monitoring, outage report and recovery services, all available through a single service counter.
The service package, named One-stop Management Service, includes monitoring of customers’ systems from the network to the individual equipment of each customer, such as routers, customizable outage reports and proactive recovery management.
For NTT Com’s corporate customers using e-VLAN wideband Ethernet, Arcstar IP-VPN and Corporate OCN services, the unified system will free them from having to contact multiple service counters for monitoring, operation and maintenance of their networks, thus reducing overall network operation costs.
