ShareStage ASP to Offer Automatic File Deletion

NTT Com will improve the security of its “ShareStage ASP” online storage service for corporate customers by adding automatic file deletion on September 26. Files stored in a shared server will be automatically deleted once a time limit set by the system administrator is reached. The feature will help to ensure that strategic information, as well as obsolete files, will not be left in a server shared with outside business partners. File recovery will also be offered as an option.
