NTT Com Enhances Tie up with Nippon Office Systems
NTT Com announced today a business tie up with Nippon Office Systems (NOS), a Japanese IT outsourcing vendor targeting SMEs, to enhance its corporate engineering functions. As a part of the business partnership with NOS, NTT Com purchased 10.52% (220,000 shares) of NOS common stock on June 6, 2007.
NTT Com aims to enhance IT management and solution services, taking advantage of NOS’s IT skills, such as system and thin client maintenance.
