Lower Rates for Calls to Mobile Phones from Fixed Phones/IP Phones
NTT Com will lower rates for calls placed to mobile phones from fixed and IP phones starting January 1, 2007. A flat rate applies to calls throughout Japan no matter which mobile carrier is used.
