NTT Com have started a video conference system in China using NTT Com’s Arcstar Global IP-VPN and Uniadex, a Japanese network service company’s videoconference system.

Multinationals in China that need to hold international videoconferences can receive stable and secure service under Arcstar Global IP-VPN and Uniadex’s AVCON system, which provides clear voice quality and high-resolution images even over low-speed networks (from 128Kbps) prevalent in China.
