NTT Com Opens Third Indian Office in Bangalore

TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today it has opened a branch office in Bangalore, the company’s third office in India, to strengthen customer support by offering data centers and consulting on corporate systems and networks.

NTT Com established both its wholly owned NTT Communications India Private Limited (NTT Com India) in New Delhi and a branch office in Mumbai last September.

With three locations in the fast-growing Indian market, NTT Com is well positioned to support customers in their construction of meshed networks that connect locations around the country. The need for such networks is increasing rapidly in India’s expanding economy.

NTT Com’s Indian offices offer locally based Japanese and multinationals a broad range of services and customer support:

- Network resources: International IP-VPN point-of-presence (PoP) in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. These, and the backbones connecting them, are fully redundant, enabling high stability and speeds up to 155 Mbps.

- Multi-location data centers: Data centers in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi and Chennai, enabling customers to use servers in each of these major commercial areas.

- IT management: Outsourcing services, including remote monitoring of server assets, performance, events/glitches and security, as well as server operation and maintenance. In addition, dedicated servers are offered for mail hosting based in Singapore.

- System installation: Support for the installation of new corporate systems, such as wireless LAN (WiFi), LAN, PBX and IP-PBX, including design, delivery, maintenance and operation.

- Consulting: Expert, tailored consulting for corporate systems.
