NTT Com to Dissolve NTT USA, Inc.
TOKYO, JAPAN — NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) announced today that the company decided to dissolve NTT USA, Inc., a wholly owned holding company in the United States.

2. Reason for the Dissolution
As a result of reviewing the positions of foreign investment companies from the perspective of enhancing efficiency in investment management and strengthening financial mobility, NTT USA, Inc.’s reason for operations as a finance company has diminished, which is the reason for NTT Com’s decision to dissolve the company. This dissolution will not affect its business strategy and operations in the United States.
