NTT Communications Wins Telemark's Best in Class Award for Customer Satisfaction


TOKYO, JAPAN – NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) today announced that the company's international data services for multinational clients have been named “Best in Class” for the “Indispensable to Customers” category in the latest Managed Data Network Service Users Survey by Telemark Services of the U.K.

The “Indispensable to Customers” category measures customer satisfaction in the three areas considered most important to customer: Network Reliability, Secure data transfer, and Network Availability.

NTT Com also received “Best in Class” in the Top 10 service attributes rated most important by customers.

NTT Com also won three Telemark Gold Awards for “Outstanding” performance in the attributes of: Secure Data Transfer, No Hidden Extras in Bills, and Long Term Relationships, as well as five “Excellent” ratings in the attributes of: Network Reliability, Network Availability, 24-Hour Transparent Maintenance, Technical Support, and Installation on Schedule.

NTT Communications is found to be the highest scoring operator “Best in Class” for 8 attributes including 5 from the Top 10 important group category: Network Reliability, Secure Data Transfer, Installation on Schedule, Accurate Bills, and No Hidden Extras in Bills.

Manchester-based Telemark conducted the survey by interviewing 302 respondents representing 25 countries, chosen at random from leading international companies.
