October 28, 2004 NTT Com Establishes IT Solutions Subsidiary in Shanghai TOKYO, JAPAN - NTT Communications (NTT Com) announced today that it established NTT Communications China Co., Ltd. (NTT Com China) in Shanghai on October 15, 2004 to provide IT solutions. The wholly owned subsidiary will begin business today. NTT Com China will provide global companies, particularly Japanese firms, with value-added solution services, including security systems, system and network integration, back-office systems and more. The new Shanghai-based company will collaborate to provide IT solutions in China with NTT Com's existing two joint ventures, Shanghai NTT Telecommunications Engineering Co., Ltd. in Shanghai and Beijing Telecom NTT Engineering Co., Ltd. in Beijing and with NTT Com's two wholly owned subsidiaries: NTT Com Asia Network Systems (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou and NTT Com Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong.
