Hosting service for one-to-one marketing solutions
|
TOKYO, JAPAN RIKEI CORPORATION (RIKEI) and NTT Communications (NTT Com) today announced an alliance beginning this month to provide a hosting service for one-to-one web marketing solutions. The new service will be designed using "ATG6" customer management software, and will be provided via the "NTT/VERIO PowerPlatform Hosting Service" dedicated server.
The hosting service tailored around the ATG6 software will connect a customer's profile with the corporate user's website in real time, enabling the corporate user to respond in a prompt and personalized manner to each repeat customer visiting that website. For example, when a repeat customer visits a corporate website, content best corresponding to that customer's preferences (registered during the customer's first visit to the site) will automatically be selected and displayed. Data on customer behavior can subsequently be applied to mapping future marketing promotion strategies. For example, personalized marketing campaigns by e-mail can be launched based on an analysis of individual customer demand.
The hosting service is not only high quality but also cost effective. Under the NTT/VERIO PowerPlatform Hosting Service, corporate users eliminate server purchase and maintenance costs. The service further provides a variety of options to meet individual user requirements.
Initial service setup cost will be 20.5 million yen including consulting and customizing fees. Fixed monthly operating fee will be 580,000 yen. In addition to the basic service, four options will be available including (1) data analysis system, (2) data analysis support, (3) commerce site development, and (4) portal site development.
RIKEI will be responsible for marketing the service, system construction, as well as providing system maintenance and consultation once the solution goes on line.
NTT Com will provide its NTT/VERIO PowerPlatform Hosting Service and oversee non-stop server and network operation 24/ 7/365. The company will also support RIKEI in marketing promotion for the service.
ATG6 was developed by the Art Technology Group Inc. More than 800 companies worldwide use this highly regarded and cutting-edge package software for building web-based systems to manage customer relations.
