| TOKYO, JAPAN –– NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) announced that effective today it has integrated its Arcstar Global Network Business and Global IP Business divisions to create the new Global Services Business Division. The Global Services Business Division will offer a variety of services, including high quality managed network services for multinational companies, global IP network-based value-added services and packaged services, which will offer comprehensive solutions by combining networks, platforms and applications. The former Arcstar Global Network Business Division offered Arcstar managed global network services and the former Global IP Business Division offered global IP services, including global IP-VPN and IP connectivity, under the NTT/VERIO brand. The new division will be headed by Executive Vice President Satoshi Fujita.
