NTT Communications to Add South Korea to
International Members' Net Service Area
|
NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) today announced that it will add South Korea to its International Members’ Net Service area.
International Members’ Net allows customers to add their overseas offices and business partners’ telephone numbers to their extension network using normal international telephone lines. Customers do not need special equipment. The only requirement is that the extension numbers, which are chosen by customers, must be registered with NTT Com and entered in its database.
Customers using both International Members’ Net and Domestic Members’ Net can call overseas by dialing an extension number, just as if they were dialing fellow Members’ Net users.
Hong Kong and the Philippines are scheduled to be added to the International Members’ Net service area within this year.
• How to Use
Dialing abroad using International Members’ Net (when user is also using Members’ Net):

Discounts of up to 38% are possible by using International Members’ Net with Premier Plan*4, Corporate Discount*5, and Arcstar Direct*6 services all together.
The Global Discount Plan*7 can be substituted for the Premier Plan in the aforementioned case.

ISDN service which offers reduced telephone charges by connecting users directly to the NTT Communications inter-prefectural network.

*7 Global Discount Plan:
|
|
|
A discount service that allows a fixed discount rate on the sum of domestic and international phone bills for corporate customers who generate a certain amount of phone bills on both types of calls each month.
