NTT Com Integrates Business Divisions |

| NTT Communications (NTT Com) established the Global Services Business Division to create greater efficiency in its global operations on November 1. The new division incorporates the former Arcstar Global Network Business Division, which was responsible for managed global network services under the Arcstar brand, and the former Global IP Business Division, which provided global IP services under the NTT/VERIO brand. The integration of these two major global service divisions has enabled the company to eliminate operational redundancies and strengthen marketing. In addition to managed network and global IP network-based services, the division offers comprehensive solutions that combine networks, platforms and applications. Heading up the new division is Executive Vice President Satoshi Fujita. |
