Redesigned NTT Com Website Incorporates CRM

New, user-friendly website debuts

NTT Communications (NTT Com) renewed its website (www.ntt.com/index-e.html) in July. Incorporating CRM, the site has taken big steps forward to be seamless in the way it handles targeted individual and corporate customers on a one-stop basis.
In an effort to make the site as useable as possible, NTT Com has designed three gateways for entry: "Needs," "Service Category" and "Key Word."
The corporate colors of Cobalt Blue and White have been used as the base colors for the index page and header design, helping to promote our corporate brand as a highly-trusted business image.
Innovative content to support "e-Japan" has been added to the site, such as the new "Public Sector Organizations" section, as well as various case studies, focusing on the solutions we have created for our customers.
The site, our main contact channel with customers from now on, is now much more complete and we look forward to all our customers visiting us very soon. |
