Miscellaneous

• We only procure finished products, and does not procure semi-assembled products or parts. The decision of which parts to be utilized for finished products is due to the suppliers.
• In receiving documents from suppliers, we agree to maintain complete secrecy concerning patents and know-how, when necessary.
