Our Business Principle |

1. Each employee shall possess an awareness and sense of responsibility as an ICT Professional.
- (a) We will always have an awareness of the fact that our individual missions are commitments to be fulfilled and will make efforts to achieve them.
- (b) We will keep up-to-date on the latest developments regarding the Internet, behave ethically as good corporate employees, and will understand and abide by related laws.
- (c) We will always remind ourselves that our salary comes from our customers and will always give priority to businesses that create value for our customers.
- (d) We will establish new workstyles through the continuous use of the Internet and intranet and will work efficiently and speedily.
- (e) We will have a deep understanding of aspects such as our Mission and Business Principles and will communicate them though our activities.
2. We will recognize individuality and diversity and mutually protect human rights.
- (a) Discrimination on the basis of nationality, age, gender, birthplace, and other factors shall not be tolerated under any circumstances, particularly in the workplace.
- (b) We will never condone sexual harassment.
- (c) We will not use words or take actions that may deviate from our jobs by abusing the power attributed to the position or privilege.
3. We will trust and respect each other and create an environment that is conductive to personal development and fulfillment of our goals.
- (a) We will nurture creative ideas to provide new value to our customers by recognizing that all of us are equal as employees and by respecting each other’s individuality and opinions.
- (b) We will seek personal growth, always striving to increase our knowledge and skills as ICT Professionals while learning from each other and improving through friendly rivalry.
- (c) We will be aware of different values and broaden our perspective by expanding relationships with people both inside and outside the company.
- (d) We will create an open and sound working environment where we can actively do things we wish to do and frankly exchange opinions.
- (e) We will nurture employees' challenging spirits and encourage new ideas.
4. We will aggressively implement corporate change programs.
- (a) We will assertively change our behavior to create a corporate culture adapted to an era of dramatically changing environments.
- (b) We will establish a personnel system in which all employees can play an active part. We will proactively develop human resources and evaluate employees fairly.
- (c) We will maintain a challenging spirit and not be constrained by existing frameworks.
- (d) We will consider for ourselves what we can improve (kaizen) and take action to raise the level of customer satisfaction.
- (e) We will build and improve the framework of sharing internal information and know-how to exert our maximum capabilities as a team.
5. We will undertake our utmost efforts to protect security as an information telecommunications company.
- (a) Each and every one of us will be conscious toward information security and demonstrate this by taking action to improve the security of our customers.
- (b) We will thoroughly manage internal information and never leak information that should not be presented to anyone outside of the company.
- (c) We will protect our intellectual property rights and properly handle information owned by others as well.
6. We will undertake the creation of a vital workplace environment.
- (a) We will firmly implement basic, essential communication (greetings, thanks, addressing each other, smiling) in the workplace.
- (b) Managing one's own health is the responsibility of each member of the company, and each and every employee must always be conscious of the condition his or her own health. At the same time, we will create a work environment in which an individual experiencing physical or mental exhaustion can ask for help from his or her supervisor and colleagues without hesitation, as well as make use of other available resources including a company doctor.
