Our Business Principle |

1. We will fully utilize the partnerships we have formed to maximize value for our customers.
- (a) We cannot meet all of our customersEneeds by ourselves. In order to provide and expand valuable solutions and services for our customers, we will actively make use of the superior aspects of our business partners.
- (b) We will always gauge our partnerships from the viewpoint of whether or not they contribute to the provision of satisfactory services for our customers, and we will flexibly review them on an ongoing basis from this perspective.
2. We will select our business partners in a fair manner.
- (a) We will look for optimum partners from around the world, not being bound by superficial factors, such as past business ties and the business scale of candidate companies.
- (b) As professionals, we will strive for the highest performance, learning from one another as business partners.
3. We will build relationships to exert the maximum effects from partnerships.
- (a) By mutually respecting differences in each others business cultures, we will define our missions clearly and work together to cultivate mutual trust.
- (b) We will not proceed with joint undertakings before resolving any differences in opinion or request our partners to perform tasks that are not cited in the partnership contract without mutual consent.
4. We will not behave in an insincere manner in providing value to our customers through partnerships.
- (a) We will not select our business partners or dissolve alliances that simply give priority to our own convenience and benefit.
- (b) We will not unjustly force other companies to use our services as a condition for our selection of business partners or demand the termination of services provided by other companies.
- (c) We will handle our business partners' corporate information as strictly as we would our own information, and will not use such information for other purposes without permission.
