What is OBP?

Our Business Principle (OBP) is a clearly written expression of the principles that must be understood and shared by each and every employee of the NTT Communications Group.

In maintaining relationships with all our stakeholders there are instances in which there is uncertainty of what constitutes correct judgment and behavior. In such situations, we are distributing OBP as a means of proactively referring back to the basic principles inscribed in this handbook throughout the course of your daily work and taking the correct actions.

Based on OBP, we are aiming to become a company trusted by society and customers while also garnering customer satisfaction.
