The GIGASTREAM TypeG Gigaway Service is a highly reliable, high-quality, completely guaranteed bandwidth leased line service. We have also provided a variety of items for each of the three types - SDH/SONET, wavelength (Ethernet) and bandwidth selection (Ethernet) - to provide fast and flexible responses even for future bandwidth increases and line additions.

The GIGASTREAM TypeG Gigaway Service is a point-to-point high-speed, broadband leased line service. It is possible to economically deploy highly reliable, high-quality networks such as using different paths for redundancy of relay transmission paths, automatic switchover functions when outages occur and completely guaranteed bandwidth. It is optimal for real-time backup lines for high-capacity LAN connections and disaster recovery systems.

Customers can choose the optimal bandwidth, interface, etc. from a broad range of options.

- The Global IP Network Transit Service can be used to provide connections with Verio, the Tier 1 provider.
- If you collocate at an NTT Communications site, you will be able to connect with major IX and OCN.The service also offers the use of facilities replete with excellent quake-resistance, high security, stable power supply and complete air conditioning in major cities throughout Japan.

We offer security and satisfaction through redundant backbone lines, hitless switching functions and guaranteed quality.

♦ Networks with redundancy over different routes and hitless switching functions
The backbones of the GIGASTREAM TypeG Gigaway Service are all redundant using different routes. Automatic failover to the backup line is performed whenever a line failure occurs. We will also provide hitless switching functions unique to the GIGASTREAM TypeG Gigaway Service.

- Proof of high reliability and use of two SLAs
Our SLAs (Service Level Agreements) apply to delays in installing lines and recovery from outages. We will return the specified fee if we are unable to maintain the guaranteed service level.

Your dedicated network will not be affected by the traffic of other companies.

NTT Communications offers services using the company's network spanning all of Japan.
