GIGASTREAM Type G Ether Arcstream

Provides end-to-end broadband connections between customers' bases using Ethernet interface. A highly reliable leased-line service, completely guaranteeing bandwidth.

Operation availability is 99.999% or more, offering a solution for issues faced by existing leased-line services such as high costs and poor selection of service. Through the wide range service menu of 0.5Mb/s to 120Mb/s, the economical and flexible construction of mission critical network environments is possible with distinguished reliability and flexibility.

GIGASTREAM Type G Gigaway Service

Service Details

Most suitable for backbone lines between data centers. High-speed digital leased-line service of high quality, broadband, and economical point-to-point connection.

Operation availability is 99.999% or more. High-quality and economical networks can be built using channel redundancy in the trunk transmission line, an automatic switching function for failure occurrences, with a complete bandwidth guarantee. In order to respond to bandwidth extension and line proliferation flexibly, a variety of menus are provided for three types of services, SDH/SONET, wavelength (Ethernet), and bandwidth selective (Ethernet).

GIGASTREAM Type F

A leased-line service that enables the building of broadband networks flexibly and economically using a combination of partial bandwidth guarantees, QoS, and a fixed-rate billing system.

Provides end-to-end broadband connections between customers' bases using layer 2 MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) and general-purpose Ethernet interface. It is possible to build cost effective broadband networks that suit the size of customers' offices while maintaining the high-reliability, high-quality characteristics of leased-line services.

GIGASTREAM CPE Package

Provides a one-stop service from the rental of GIGASTREAM leased-line/ router, setup and installation, to remote monitoring.

NTT Communications offers full support from tedious setup and installation of network equipments, monitoring of customers' networks (Ping/ Trap monitoring), to year-round 24-hour centralized reception for failures. Rapid response provided in the case of failure occurrences, improves the network reliability as well as reducing administrative costs.

ATM Mega Link Service

A high-speed ATM leased-line service, flexibly responding to various network needs from 0.5Mb/s to maximum of 600Mb/s.

This leased-line ATM service allows the optimal line speed to be selected by 1Mb/s. Since it allows a choice for the optimal line speed to suit the customers' needs in a range of data communications to real-time communications, such as audio and video, possible private networks integrating various information and high-volume LAN connections are effective and economical.

Digital Leased-Circuit Service (HSD)

Boasting high-quality digital transmission routes and advanced maintenance and monitoring system, this leased-line service provides the optimal communications environment for backbone lines.

HSD is a highly reliable leased-line service offering 24-hour failure monitoring for each line and instantaneous automatic line switching function (within network intervals). Customers are able to utilize this service with peace of mind for network foundations between primary points where down systems cause serious damage, as well as WAN backbone connections. HSD offers strong support to safe and secure corporate network operations from SCM to E-commerce.

Digital Reach Service (DR)

A high-quality digital leased-line service with excellent cost performance, providing cost effective multiple cross-prefectural networks.

Analog Leased-Circuit Service

A basic type of leased-line service that enables the building of economical networks that suit the customers' purpose, such as voice communications and low speed data transmissions.

Offers analog-type bandwidth services (3.4kHz) with a wide range of uses such as internal telephones, facsimiles, and data transmissions, as well as digital-type coding services (2400b/s, 4800b/s, 9600b/s) most suitable for data transmissions between offices. Utilizing leased-line between offices directly, it prevents external access without fail.

StudioNet Service

A video communication service for broadcasting enterprises and program production businesses to provide an efficient transmission of digital image materials using a variety of interfaces.

StudioNet is a video communication service for broadcasting enterprises and program production businesses using fiber-optic cables, providing efficient transmission of digital image materials utilizing a variety of interfaces. A concurrent connection service with multiple offices and an occasional connection service (reserved switch) that specifies the time of connection to given points are possible in addition to the existing coupled network service.
