Single nationwide number service
This is a service that automatically feeds calls made to a single common nationwide Freedial number to separate, predesignated inbound call centers (inbound station sites) depending on the origination of the call.
| |
Wide-area agency service
This service automatically routes calls to another pre-designated inbound station site with the same toll-free number when the intended reception site receives a call while busy.
| |
Wide-area agency service (between different Freedial numbers)
Like the Wide-area agency service, this redirects calls when one line is busy to a pre-designated inbound station site with a different Freedial number.
| |
Reception site change service
This service automatically routes Freedial calls to a different pre-designated Freedial number.
| |
Distribution service
This service automatically distributes calls received by the same Freedial number to multiple inbound station sites at a pre-designated ratio.
| |
Calling charge limit service
By previously indicating the maximum total of toll-free calls to be received, or establishing an overall call charge limit, this service automatically limits call-receiving by playing a message saying that the inbound station desk is closed for all calls that are received after the limits have been exceeded.
| |
Covering additional charges during call routing
This feature enables the subscriber to assume responsibility for additional telephone charges for the directed segment of the call when a call is routed to a different location due to busy lines.
| |
Variable line quantity service
This service allows real-time changes to the number of lines in use, up to the number of subscribed lines, when users want to make changes in the inbound station organization that handles toll-free calls, such as by increasing or decreasing the number of operators.
| |
Service to refuse unwanted calls
This service makes it possible to reject unwanted calls from a given number if that number is registered by the subscriber using the telephone keypad immediately after receiving an unwanted call on the Freedial line.
| |
Network hold
When all Freedial extensions are in use, this service places further callers on hold in the network, and when extensions become available, calls are passed through in order.
| |
Called number notification service
When a customer calls the toll-free number, this service first plays an announcement with the message, "connecting to the toll-free number 0120-XXXXXX"prior to connecting the call so the caller knows he/she is calling a toll-free number.
| |
Called-number notification service (INS Net lines only)
Notifies recipient of the Freedial number dialed by the caller (using analog or INS lines).
| |
Mobile connect service
Permits wireless phones (cellular, PHS, satellite phones, satellite car phone, marine satellite phones) to make calls to Freedial numbers.
| |
Intelligent service
Provides partial call-center function (voice-response equipment, etc.) in combination with Freedial service network, making it possible to operate a "virtual call center" which allows distributed call centers to operate like one large, concentrated call center. Intelligent services are available with numbers in the range (0120) 950-000 to 950-999.
