Service outline Freedial is NTT's toll-free number service, that covers all charges for incoming calls for a dedicated 0120-XXX-XXX number. The special 0120 area code is used for all toll-free numbers nationwide. NTT Communications offers a special service in conjunction with Freedial that will only connect calls made from the Tokyo (03) or Osaka (06) area codes. Designated regions can be large, medium, or small, and with a total of 20 different regions, users have considerable flexibility in setting the scope of their toll-free number service. Freedial phone numbers are available in the range 000-001 to 899-999 (950-000 through 950-999 are reserved for intelligent services)
