Terms and Conditions
- Before using the service, you must register for it.
- Only users who enter a contract for international calls from mobile phones with NTT Communications can receive this service.
- You can not receive this service together with other International Telephone Discount Service of NTT Communications such as International Corporate Discount, International Home Discount.
- When you apply for this service, the rate for 0033 international calls made from your mobile phone will be based on each minute.
- This discount service applies only to calls and communications with our international telephone service (0033). This discount service does not apply to International Members Net, International Third-Party Dial, International Toll Free calls, or International ISDN (Digital Communication Mode).
- You can use this service when you make international calls from mobile phones and PHS in Japan (NTT docomo, au, SoftBank, Y!mobile etc.) . When you make international calls, please dial 0033 - country code - the number of the person you are calling. Not all pre-paid card mobile phones can use this service.
Notices regarding usage
- This service will continue until you cancel. But if this service are not in use for more than one year, NTT Communications may abrogate this service contract.
- This service is flat rate 24 hours 365 days a year, and charged every minute.
- There are no contract fees, engineering fees or monthly basic charges for this service.
- Consumption tax is not charged for international calls.
- Bills for this service will be issued directly from our company.
- If the usage of January, March, May, July, September, November does not exceed 3,000yen, the charge may be carried over to the next month.
- Depending on the call duration, There are cases which will not be competitive price rate.
