MyLINE
MyLINE is easy to use, just select a carrier and register
Carrier Selection Service MyLINE
Registering your telephone service with MyLINE allows for you to make all your calls without dialing the designated telephone carrier's access code number. But if you are using an ACR (Automatic Carrier Routing) enabled telephone, then the ACR phone will automatically choose your telephone company for you even though you registered for the MyLINE service.
- Local calls
- Out-of-city calls (within the same prefecture)
- Out-of-prefecture calls
- International calls
NTT Communications is one of the carriers you can chose to register for "Local calls", "Out-of-city calls", "Out-of-prefecture calls", and "International calls".
We recommend that you register for "MyLINE Plus", which is a reliable carrier designated service
Carrier Designation Service "MyLINE Plus"
We recommend MyLINE Plus for those customers who wish to stay with one exclusive telephone carrier or for those customers who already are using a discounted telephone product/service. With MyLINE Plus, all calls are automatically directed through the telephone carrier of your choice, regardless of whether you use an ACR enabled telephone or not.
If you begin using MyLINE, your way of making international calls will change.
From May 1, 2001, all international calls will require dialing "010" before dialing the number you wish to reach.
[When you register for MyLINE]
With MyLINE, you do not need to dial the NTT Communications access code "0033" when calling internationally. You need to dial 010+Country Code+Area Code+Telephone Number.
