Under this partnership agreement CoreTel will provide consulting services around network design, deployment and optimization, while NTT Com will provide fully managed end-to-end, operations services to further enhance the customer experience. NTT Com will also ensure effective management of multi-vendor environments, leading to optimizing operational expenditure and maximize efficiencies of scale, whilst undertaking to improve the overall quality of the network. The full suite of managed services will be delivered through Global Service Desk located in 5 countries across the world and CoreTel's field operation activities spread throughout the region.

Asia as a rising market for managed services opportunities

The global market for managed ICT services is growing rapidly. Uptake in Asia-Pacific is still at a relatively early stage, but it is the fastest growing market, mirroring the region's economic expansion. Singapore, as a hub between the West and Asia, with around 7,000 multinationals operating there, including many regional headquarters, is one of the most sophisticated markets for managed services in Southeast Asia.

At first, CoreTel will address with GMOne its current and new customers based in Singapore.
