International Telephone Service 0033     Com Net Account is a convenient service to PBX (private branch exchange) users via the Internet providing detailed statements of telephone charges for each extension number. It also provides users with displays of data categorized by extension number, section / department and project, files for downloading, and more. Through this service, users can improve their cost management and streamline accounting operations.   With this service, users can easily check their charge information right up to the previous day. The service also handles the 8.5-yen billing on local calls, the MYLINE special number 122 to cancel MYLINE PLUS, and 010 for international call. Users can check their monthly telephone charge information, including discounts, for each section / department (with some exceptions).       The system provides users with information via Web. CSV files for downloading are also provided, enabling convenient utilization of the data.     Not only NTT Communications tariff, the service also covers those of other major carriers .     The service is compatible with PBX of major manufacturers. Uniform management is possible with PBX of the different manufacturers.     This service provides data per PBX for multiple sites such as headquarters and branch offices.     This service provides telephone charge information right up to the previous day, even in the middle of the month. It instantly corresponds to the rate revisions made by major telecommunication carriers. It also enables users to update their extension data by themselves.     Illegal access to the system is prevented by password authentication and by firewall. Secure transmission ensures that user data remains confidential.     Monthly charge : ¥80,000 (plus tax) per PBX Contents : 1. Collection of telephone charge data for each extension number     2. Remote Maintenance of data collection device       * Com Net Account Service is provided to users of NTT Communications telephone services.       * The service includes charges for use of the data collection device set up at user premises.       * Users are required to have the following to use the service:       - PBX environment       - ISDN line for collecting call data records       - AC100V electric-power supply and space for the device       - Personal computer for Internet access       * The user is subject to an additional charge in case of relocation or change of PBX after the device is installed. Optional Services :   - Setting of fixed charge rate (proportional distribution according to user-requested conditions)       - Setting of rate for dedicated leased line (setting according to user-requested conditions)       - Matching with call data records       - Marging the call data records (provided to us by FD, MO or CD-R) of cellular phone companies       * Contents and price of the service are subject to change without prior notice.       Tallied data can be viewed on browser and printed out or downloaded for use in accounting operations.   At Com Net Account Center, call data records from PBX are remotely collected via the device we developed and are tallied for each extension line or each section / department.
